Limited to 100 copies and nicely printed by the Gillis Press. Still a useful reference source with many detailed bibliographical commentaries. From the Library of James Ellsworth with his bookplate in each volumes. Later bookplate of a public library with a notation that it had been donated by Dr. Rosenbach. There is an inserted slip in volume two with instructions to the binder "not to trim the edges". Perforated stamps on the title pages otherwise an well preserved copy retaining the original wrappers.
