First printed in 1662 and reprinted again in 1672 and 1728. Detailed notes in 19th century script on the front blank leaves and on the rear blank. Some early underlining in text. Hinges cracked on the front board, but holding firm. Headband and foot worn. Internally a fresh clean copy. The author was a French Field Marshall and Governor of Cherbourg.
