Wilhelm Alard (1572-1645) was a Lutheran theologian and poet. See Joecher I p186-187. Contemporary signature of Wilhelm Christian Gebhard 1708 on the title page. Spine hinges cracked but holding. Small hole in the spine and some browning to the paper. Initials M. W. 1629 stamped on the front board. Old institutional ink stamp on the inside front board and title page. Old library numbers in blank ink at the foot of the spine. Good. Item #2472
