Felcone #367 writes that 'One occasionally sees this Bible referred to by nineteenth century writers as "Arminiam Bible" because of the typographical error in Hebrew vi 4-6. From the Library of Christopher Greene (1733-1820) and Mercy (Stoddard) Greene's (1740-1830) with her ownership signature on the verso of the title page. Additional family records noted on the end papers. Also includes a 20th century bookplate of John Douglas Andrews, Chagrin Falls, Ohio on the inside front board. Front and rear end papers loose. Some occasional scattered foxing and a few spots in the text. Otherwise, a well-preserved copy of an scarce edition. Item #2446
