The firm employed a very talented, but anonymous fore-edge painter. Nicely printed by Charles Whittingham at the Chiswick Press with six engravings. The volume is stored in a protective slipcase made by Sangorski & Sutcliffe, London for Marshall Field & Company with their stamp on the board. A well-preserved copy with light scattered foxing.
