Isaac Watts (1674 - 1748) was an English Congregational minister, hymn writer, theologian, and logician. First six leaves chipped and detached, but present. Scattered foxing throughout. Binding worn and protective cover worn with some loss. Not a book one can find in good condition due to Watts immense popularity in 18th & 19th century America. From the Kimball family signed "Samuel & Daniel Kimball's Book" in a contemporary hand using brown ink on the verso of the engraved title page. They were presumably brothers. Item #10521
