Includes 76 full page engravings whereof four are folded in volume 1 and one folded in volume 3. Francois Rabelais Between (born between 1483-1484 - 1553) was a humanist during the French Renaissance. Cohen 6th edition, p843, Brunet col 1061. Some rubbing along the extremities and scattered foxing. Mark along the foot of the spines and edges on the boards rubbed. A reasonable well preserved set. Item #10456
