1712. A handwritten land Indenture on parchment measuring approximately 30.5" x 26" dated October 20th. 1712 with three vax seals. James Neal of Easton in the County of Norfolk in England and his wife Ann. Its unclear how Mary is connected. Witnesses' signatures on the recto.
