A partly printed document measuring 8 1/4" x 13 1/4" between Daniel Saunderson and Theodore Clapp in Roxbury, Massachusetts dated February 25th, 1813. Text on both sides. Three folds and two small pinholes. Watermark "C Burbank" For the paper manufacturer, see Bidwell: MA#35-36. Some fraying along the top edges and two spots which is offsetting from the wax seal having been folded otherwise a clean document. Item #10387
