1867. A partly printed document measuring 8" x 10 1/4". A post-Civil War railroad bill of lading issued in triplicate for eight boxes of chilled shot, weight 2102 1/2lbs. Transported from Washington Arsenal October 29th, 1867 and received from Leut. W.S. Smoot, US Army, to be delivered by Baltimore & Ohio Railroad unto Genl S. Van Vliel. To Col. TG Baylor, Fort Monroe Arsenal, VA. Has two folds, otherwise in very good condition with one small brown spot and two ink marks. Item #10346
