Robert Gibson was the Deputy Surveyor General of Ireland, 1752-1760. This work ran through numerous reprints. This edition was greatly enlarged and improved by James Ryan. Chipped at the foot with loss. Front hinge slightly cracked, but holding. Some marks on the rear board. Internally clean. Item #10145
