Large etching measuring 22.5" x 17-3/4" of American legal scholar and educator Roscoe Pound (1870-1964) with his signature in the lower left corner. Etching marked "Proof from Copperplate" in the lower right corner. Roscoe Pound served as Dean of University of Nebraska 1903-1911 and Harvard Law school 1916-1936. The artist is Charles Barmore of Patterson, NJ who issued limited editions of etchings. Small chip in the upper margin and crease mark along the edge of the lower margin. Item #10071
