John Russell also published Washington's Political Legacies a month later in March, 1800. A well preserved copy with scattered foxing throughout and a small spot on the title page not affecting any text. Wrapper torn and missing along the spine with some spots. A faint remnant of the title written on the front wrapper. While Howes W-145 list other editions printed in the same year, he does not list this one printed in Boston. Scarce. Very Good. Item #008159
