Some soiling to the paper and chips along the edges. All issues folded with a few small tears along the fold. The newspaper describes persecutions of Jews in late 19th century Russia. It was published between July 15th, 1891 and August 11, 1893. Six numbers of this periodical appeared in 1891, followed by another six in 1892 and three in 1893. Although not complete, this is certainly a very scarce run. Good. Item #007986
