He is considered to be a main founder of zoology and anthropology as comparative, scientific disciplines.This translation is not listed in Wood. Vertical stain on the rear cover and 1" tear in the spine cloth along the hinge at the head.Slight browning on p118-119 as a result of a loosely inserted newspaper clipping and a marginal smudge mark on p34-35.
