Red foredge. The author, Dietrich Hermann Kemmerich, (1677-1745) was a German legal scholar. See Rotermund col 103-104. From the Danish Library of Rosenørn - Lehn family with their stamped monogram with a baronet crown on the title page. Some rubbing and a couple of chips to the headband. Light wear to the edges of the boards, otherwise a well preserved attractive binding. A one inch tear in the title page not affecting the text and small worm hole in the inner margin at the lower hinge. Very Good. Item #003800
