Chinese Color Prints of Today

New York: The Beechhurst Press, 1953. Soft cover. 17p, 16plates. Original stiff wrappers with a glassine jacket in its original protective slipcase. It is interesting to note that plate number five of 'Li-Chin Fruit' is also reproduced as an illustration on the protective slip case on the US edition while plate number ten of an 'Arrowhead and Water Beetle' is used as an illustration on the protective slipcase on the first edition. SECOND EDITION, FIRST PRINTED BY THE Holbein Press in 1946. The name of the artists are listed in the table of content prior to the plate section aside from plates 5 & 6 which according to the table of content are imperfectly signed. Some light wear to the slipcase with a small rubber stamp with a former owner's name on the front of the slipcase and a few chips to the glassine dust jacket otherwise a fresh clean copy. Very Good.
