A rather scarce BROADSIDE addressing the rules and regulations as it relates to surveyors. Any surveyor who issues signed reports to others will be band from the Register for a year. Cardinal Antonio Colonna Branciforte (1711-1786) was the papal legate to Bologna. Nicely printed on one large folio sheet with the Cardinals arms at the top surrounded by two others. Paper is untrimmed and a little frayed along one edge otherwise a fresh clean copy. OPAC SBN records one copy. Very Good. Item #003471
