No Binding. A brief note written by John Scott¿ 1st Earl of Eldon (1751-1838), a British barrister and politician. The note is signed Eldon. It is addressed to 'My dear Lord' and it is dated January 30th, but with no year indicated though probably around 1830. A tear to upper edges of paper and a pinhole under 'My dear'. Very Good.
