In the letter, Jean-Nicolas Pache (1746-1823) is following up inquiries regarding a letter from the citizen Nourry, commander of the company, regarding the behavior of the gunners. He is also inquiring with citizen Nourry regarding a written order to have the gunners travel to Paris. He is in addition inquiring about a letter from General Berruyer. Pache adds that he cannot comment on the General's report because he did receive one. and adds further that he did not ever write one. The letter is written on both sides of a folio leaf in clear script. A fresh clean copy with only some marginal fraying. Very Good. Item #003181
