A Handwritten Letter in French Dated 1793 regarding a legal Appeal

1793. A handwritten letter in French dated the 28th, 1793 from the Ministry of Justice stating that the Supreme Court of Appeal has refused on the 21st of the month, the demand for appeal made by Guillaume Lamoureux and Jean Philibert regarding a judgemenmt made against them by the navy court nartial in Brest. The letter continuous stating that it is up to the receiver of the letter to carry out the execution of the judgement. The signature of the letter is not clear. Aside from some slight browning along the edges, a fresh clean document written on a quarto size page in clear script. Very Good. Item #003176
