1793. A holographic document written on three pages and dated July 5th, 1793. The extract concerns a rapport by the Minister of the Marine, Citizen Guerard regarding trade with the Orient as well as America. I have not been able to identify him further. Some light browning along the edges, otherwise a clean document written in legible script. Very Good. Item #003128
