London: Printed for J. Harris, Successor to E. Newbery, 1808, 1808. Soft cover. 16p. Early childrens book. Original somewhat rubbed blue wrappers. Complete with the six engraved plates by the Irish painter, William Mulready (1786-1863). This is the second edition first published in 1807 and both are quite scarce. While she published the first two editions anonymously, she is listed as the author in the later1809 edition. Marginal stain on the rear cover and back strip torn but aside from some general light foxing a rather clean copy internally with an inscription on the inside front cover.
