Gordon 22A. Lowndes remarks on p1411 that the first edition was elegantlt printed without notes for dr. Keate, master of harrow as a gift book. The second edition was probably printed for the same purpose. From the Library of Egerton Leigh with bookplate. There is also annotation on the title page 'Egerton Leigh from Dr. Keate Eton 1830'. Probably printed in a limited number. Both boards detached and a little dry and cracked along the edges. Spine worn. Marbelized end papers.
